Use this information at your own risk!  This is the basic 1 pump, 1 blower configuration, does not cover all implementations or variations of this type of control.
 

Spa and Hot tub diagram, Ramco, basic
 1.  Pump High Speed 18.  Main Power Relay; Neutral (ST-2115), L2 (ST-2240)*
 2.  Blower  19.  Main Power Relay; L1*
 3.  Spa Light (This is a high voltage connection, wired to a light transformer which normally has a 12 volt AC output). 20.  Low Voltage Control Plug, to spa side control.
 4., 5., 6.,  Ground Connections 21.  Low Voltage Regulator
 7.  Pump Low Speed 22.  Bridge Rectifier
 8., 9., 11., 12., Neutral (ST-2115), L2 (ST-2240) 23.  Power Supply Filter Capacitor
10.  Heater / Heater Contactor 24.  Mode Select Switch
13.  Spa Light Relay 25.  Main Ground Connection
14.  Blower Relay 26.  Main Neutral (ST-2115), or L2 (ST-2240) Connection
15.  Jets High (Pump High Speed) Relay 27.  Main Hot, L1 Connection
16.  Jets Low (Pump Low Speed) Relay -marked 'Circ'- E-4  Switched L1 Power
17.  Heater Relay  E-6, E-7  Magnetic Interlock, (Must be jumpered for operation if door is open, or magnet is not present on sensor)
* The L1 and L2 relays (#18 and #19 above), are eliminated in later versions of this circuit board, and are hard wired with wire jumpers in place of the relays.

Eliminating the second circuit board in these type systems...
